We built our shop using recyclable materials, mostly wood.
For health and safety we used plastic exclusively for electrical wiring.
Using seasonal fruit and veggies it's a win-win situation. You lower emissions and the food tastes food! When it comes to eat and drink we aim to serve the best available which brings us to change our menu roughly every 4 months.
CUPS & LIDS
It seems obvious but apparently, it isn't. Many coffee shops still use plastic takeaway cups and lids. It's important to underline the massive difference we could do with so little, right Pino? Our cups and lids are 100% compostable.
We have a zero-waste philosophy.
As we work with fresh produce, we don't keep much stock. When it comes to throwing food in the rubbish bin, we think carefully. The best soups are made with not so good-looking veggies. Soup taste great, we feel great.
All our packaging is compostable, plant base and carbon neutral. It's the minimum.
