Sometimes it's hard to shop at your usual supermarket. We offer a local alternative for vegetables, fruits, dry essentials and coffee.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN YOUR VEG/FRUIT BOXES?
Our boxes vary according to what is in season and available throughout the year therefore we'll choose the best product available for you. We always prioritise organic products which make up the majority of our box content. The content of each box is described on the product page and will be filled to the value of the box purchased.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER CORST?
There is no minimum order.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer local delivery or pick up in-store (free of charge).
WHAT ARE THE METHODS OF PAYMENT?
We accept any cards for online payment. For pick up in-store, we also offer manual payment.
HOW DOES MANUAL PAYMENT WORKS?
If you collect your order in-store, you will be able to pay in store.
We accept cash and cards.

WHAT DO I DO?
Manual payments are for pick up in store only.
If you selected this option for home delivery, you must contact us on email@example.com within 48 hours of the purchase to arrange payment, otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Usually, items are ready to pick up within 24 hours of purchase.
You’ll be notified when your order is ready for pick up.
You can pick up your items between 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm every day.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER A DIFFERENT DAY FROM THE PICKUP READY NOTIFICATION?
Yes, but please specify this using the additional notes at the checkout or by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you don’t collect your order within 48 hours from the pick up ready notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CONTAINERS & SHOPPING BAGS?
By all means! We are all up for sustainability, we even have our own webpage. Our packages are plastic free and recyclable but please feel free to bring your own containers.
HOW MUCH WILL MY DELIVERY CHARGE BE?
Deliveries are a flat fee of £4.00 for orders below £35.
For all orders of £35 and more, we offer free delivery.
WHICH DAY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays only, unless it is a public holiday.
All orders placed before 11 am on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday, otherwise will be delivered the following Friday.
All orders placed before 11 am on Thursday will be delivered on Friday, otherwise will be delivered the following Tuesday.
We do not deliver on Public Holidays.
WHAT TIME WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our deliveries are between 4pm and 9pm (although we strive to complete our deliveries much earlier than our deadline). We are unable to give a more precise window. If your delivery has not arrived by 9pm, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT MY ORDER?
You can leave us instructions to leave your order in a safe place using the additional notes at the checkout. By doing so you accept sole responsibility for your order. We are unable to leave your order unattended without your instruction. If there is nobody to take the package and we are unable to contact you, your order will need to be returned to us. A re-delivery charge may be applied. It is imperative that you supply us with a telephone number that you can be contacted on and a valid email address. These details must be supplied at the checkout.
CAN I PRE-ORDER FOR DELIVERY AT A FUTURE DATE?
Yes, please add your request using the additional notes at the checkout.
WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check that your email and contact telephone number are correct. Please check your email Spam or Junk folders in case you don’t receive your confirmation email. It is worth adding us as a contact which will help prevent your email server blocking us.

HOW CAN U CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed changes cannot be made. However, you can contact us if you would prefer to amend or cancel the order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to add your order number.
DO YOU DELIVER TO ME?
As an independent and local shop, we are only able to offer a maximum of 2 miles delivery from our shop located at 241 Streatham High Road, SW16 6EN.
Please check our map at the bottom of this page to ensure that we deliver to your location before placing an order.

CAN I CHOOSE THE ITEMS ON MY BOX?
Boxes are prepared according to availability. You can request your preference using the additional notes at the checkout or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to fulfil your request although we cannot guarantee it.
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?
Please email us at email@example.com We usually have a very quick response time although it may take longer on exceptionally busy days. We aim to respond on the same day especially if the query is regarding an upcoming delivery.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org If you have an issue with any part of your order please contact us as soon as you realise the problem. We reserve the right to collect any item before any refunds are agreed to be paid.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?
Our discount codes are only to be used in the time frame that is given on our website. We are unable to add any discount code after the order has been placed. No pre-orders are accepted during our discount periods.

Our payment platform works well with all browsers, including Google Chrome and Safari, however, if you are using Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge, make sure you are running the latest version.
